Take an afternoon away from your Las Vegas vacation for a fantastic airplane tour over the Mojave Desert, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and the Grand Canyon. Passengers will arrive at the Boulder City Municipal Airport, check in, and view a short safety briefing video. After boarding your De Havilland Twin Otter airplane, you're up and away over spectacular aerial sights. Beneath your plane window, the Hoover Dam stands as a monumental achievement in engineering even by 21st century standards. Behind the Hoover Dam, the deep blue waters of Lake Mead stretch placidly eastward. Up ahead is the West Rim of the Grand Canyon, also known as Grand Canyon West. This area of the canyon has been occupied by the Hualapai Indian Tribe for over 1,000 years. Here you'll see a side of the Grand Canyon with fewer boundaries and fantastic viewpoints. After about 70 minutes in the air, your flight will return to the Boulder City air terminal.

Clients have the option to be picked up from several major hotels in Las Vegas approximately 80 minutes to 130 minutes before departure depending on hotel location.
Passengers also have the option to transport themselves to the air terminal. If self-drive option selected, passengers must arrive 45 minutes prior to their departure time. The drive from the Las Vegas Strip to Boulder City typically takes 40 to 50 minutes.
Clients arrive at Boulder City Terminal for check-in. All passengers 18 years of age and older must present a valid government-issued photo ID.

All passengers aged 18 years and older traveling within the United States are required to present either a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or passport. Any customer arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation. Photocopies or digital images of identification cannot be accepted.
Check-in is 45 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
Roundtrip hotel transfers are available as an option. Clients must request pick-up during check-out or provide their own transportation to the air terminal. Pick-up from limited hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown area is approximately 80-130 minutes before flight departure (times are based on hotel location, time of day, and traffic conditions).

If transfers selected, please arrange pickup from your hotel when you call to confirm your reservation.
All airplane passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more will be charged for an additional seat.
Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-638-3300. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
