Passengers will arrive at our Boulder City air terminal, board a luxurious helicopter, and take off for Grand Canyon West on our Sunset Grand Celebration tour. The helicopter is equipped with plush seating and panoramic windows for spectacular views and photography options of Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and the Colorado River en route to the West Rim.
Soar over the Skywalk Bridge and past Eagle Point as you continue over the canyon. Your helicopter will descent 4,000 feet down to the bottom of the gorge and land on a special plateau. Here passengers will have time to explore the nature and capture photos of the beauty and magnitude of this natural wonder of the world. Passengers will also be served champagne and light refreshments to enjoy amidst the ancient canyon walls on what was once a sea floor a mile deep. The return flight will set off just as the sun starts to dip behind the horizon. This is a rare opportunity to witness one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world flying above the Grand Canyon.

Clients have the option to be picked up from several major hotels in Las Vegas approximately 80 minutes to 130 minutes before departure depending on hotel location.
Passengers also have the option to transport themselves to the air terminal. If self-drive option selected, passengers must arrive 45 minutes prior to their departure time. The drive from the Las Vegas Strip to Boulder City typically takes 40 to 50 minutes.
Clients arrive at the terminal for check-in. All passengers over the age of 18 will be required to present a government-issued photo ID.
Clients board an Eco-Star helicopter. Flight time to Grand Canyon West is approximately 35 minutes.
As the flight nears the Canyon, enjoy spectacular views of Hoover Dam, the volcanic Black Mountains, Grapevine Mesa, the Grand Wash Cliffs, and Grand Canyon West.
Descend approx. 3,200 feet and land on the floor of the Canyon.
Champagne and light refreshments are provided at the bottom of the Canyon with time for exploration. (On Ground for approximately 30 minutes).
Board the helicopter right before sunset for the return flight.
Enjoy a slightly different scenic route during sunset on your return flight.

Terms and Conditions:
All passengers aged 18 years and older traveling within the United States are required to present either a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or passport. Any customer arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation. Photocopies or digital images of identification cannot be accepted.
Check-in is 45 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
Roundtrip hotel transfers are available as an option. Clients must request pick-up during check-out or provide their own transportation to the air terminal. Pick-up from limited hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown area is approximately 80-130 minutes before flight departure (times are based on hotel location, time of day, and traffic conditions).

If transfers selected, please arrange pickup from your hotel when you call to confirm your reservation.
All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Papillon will charge passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more for an additional comfort seat.
Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-736-7243. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
