VIP at the Rim Helicopter Tour

This fantastic VIP tour starts from our Boulder City air terminal and includes a thrilling helicopter ride with sights along the way, including Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and the Colorado River. As you cross into the canyon, enjoy close-up views of the majestic scenery before landing at the airport. From there, guests will board a hop-on/hop-off shuttle to visit the popular viewpoints, including Guano Point and Eagle Point, home to the famous Skywalk. The bridge is a one-of-a-kind 10-foot wide, horseshoe-shaped glass platform, which rises 4,000 feet above the rim. Guests can upgrade their adventure with the purchase of a Skywalk general admission pass (PBW-3K). At Guano Point, guests can enjoy a brief hike and enjoy 360-degree views of the canyon.
Passengers will have time to explore and take pictures as you take in the marvel of the canyon's beautiful rock formations before heading back to the Las Vegas area.

Clients have the option to be picked up from several major hotels in Las Vegas approximately 80 minutes to 130 minutes before departure depending on hotel location.
Passengers also have the option to transport themselves to the air terminal. If self-drive option selected, passengers must arrive 45 minutes prior to their departure time. The drive from the Las Vegas Strip to Boulder City typically takes 40 to 50 minutes.

Terms and Conditions:
All passengers aged 18 years and older traveling within the United States are required to present either a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or passport. Any customer arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation. Photocopies or digital images of identification cannot be accepted.
Check-in is 45 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
Roundtrip hotel transfers are available as an option. Clients must request pick-up during check-out or provide their own transportation to the air terminal. Pick-up from limited hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown area is approximately 80-130 minutes before flight departure (times are based on hotel location, time of day, and traffic conditions).

If transfers selected, please arrange pickup from your hotel when you call to confirm your reservation.
All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Papillon will charge passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more for an additional comfort seat.
Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-736-7243. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
